Eye Re-Surgery

I had revision surgery; please tell me if it turned out well

<This is a photo before the revision surgery><This is a photo from almost 2 weeks after the revision surgery><When under light><When I open my eyes slightly wider or put strength into my eyebrows>4 years ago, I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery and non-incisional ptosis correction, and the line seemed to be gradually loosening, so it has been a little over 2 weeks since I had revision surgery. I had the same natural adhesion and non-incisional ptosis correction. My requests were for it to look natural and defined, for the line to be slightly bigger than now, for it to be an in-out line, and for my impression not to change. Then they said an in-out line would not come out, recommended a semi-out line, and said my impression would not change much. But the result is that the line is much higher than I expected, and my eye shape has changed a lot. Rather than my eyes looking defined and bigger, they feel heavy, cover more of my pupils, and look intense and overly bold. I don’t know if the fixation is deep or if the line is high, but when I’m under light, the double eyelid line looks so sunken that it looks hollow like a skull. Could this really be swelling? They tell me to open my eyes wide, but I can’t do that every day; when I open them half-closed or put strength upward above my eyes, the line is higher than the size of my eyes. Whether my eyes are closed or open, the line looks clear and deep, so it feels extremely unnatural Will time fix this? Or is the line too high, or is the fixation too deep??
