I wanted revision rhinoplasty so I went to ㅈㅇㅌ, ㅅㄱ, ㄹㅂㄹ, and ㄷㅇㅇ and had surgery at one of them last month. It hasn’t been long since I had it, so I can’t really say whether it’s good or bad yet, but I had a big dilemma over whether or not to do partial osteotomy, so I’ll just talk about that lol From what I could see, my nasal bridge didn’t look thick, but I guess the doctor’s eye is different. They said that if I wanted the slim nasal bridge I was hoping for, I’d need partial osteotomy. They said it wasn’t absolutely necessary and was optional, but recommended that it would be better to do it? So I thought about it a lot In the end, I did it.. lol But all I can think is that I’m glad I did.. When you’re unsure, I feel like the best thing might be to go with a doctor who speaks with confidence and follow what they recommend Of course, it differs from person to person and case by case.. Personally, I think it turned out well because I listened to the doctor.... I thought they knew more about plastic surgery than I did and understood my nose well. So I came to feel that experience is really important in plastic surgery.... How many problems that happen on the operating table they’ve solved, how many extreme? noses they’ve dealt with.. I think it’s important to consider things like that? This is just my standard lol I hope everyone also sets their own standards and succeeds in one go, for sure..
