After rhinoplasty~~ once the swelling went down, it looked natural, like it was my own. Before surgery, my nose was a bit large~ and the problem was my nostrils, which looked spread out! After getting a consultation at the hospital~ I was planning to have rhinoplasty and alar reduction corrected too, but the hospital actually advised against it! I also like that my nostrils became noticeably smaller even without doing a separate alar reduction. Nothing special… I didn’t even go on a diet, but since my impression looks a bit different… people around me tell me I lost weight and got prettier too. I do wonder what it would have been like if I had only done my nose. When I did my nose, I also added forehead fat grafting, and I think that made the nose area look a bit more natural too
