야옹야옹야 If it’s only been one day, that can definitely happen Right after surgery isn’t usually when swelling is at its worst The day after surgery and day 2 tend to swell the most. Wait just a little! If you always apply plenty of ointment and keep it well moisturized, scarring will be less noticeable too
