I’m scheduled for surgery on complicated eyes, and the cost is shocking

First of all, please understand that I’m writing casually^^ It would be long if I told the whole story, but I’ll try to explain, so please read carefully. About a year ago, I had full-face fat grafting. But after about 6 months had passed, I started to feel something hard in my left upper eyelid area. To find out what it was, I went to several clinics, and I was told that fat had been injected there. I was so flustered because I had never been told that fat grafting would be done to the eyes. And the doctor who operated on me had quit, and the clinic where I had the surgery didn’t seem to feel much responsibility either. I thought about it for several months, but anyway, I didn’t want to fight, so today I went to consultations at two places for fat removal and double eyelid surgery. At both places, I was quoted for incision + ptosis correction + foreign-body removal, and the cost was around 5.5 to 6 million won. (I didn’t want the doctors to disappear, so I only consulted with head directors.) Since the cost came out much higher than expected, I keep wondering whether I should go after the clinic where I had the fat grafting, and my head hurts In this kind of case, should I just have the surgery? Or should I confront the clinic where I had the fat grafting? What do you all think??
