Eye Re-Surgery

I am consulting for revision eye surgery, but the clinics are saying different things

First of all, I have had consultations at two places so far The line I want is a naturally glamorous in-out line, and I want the double eyelid line to start from the outside instead of going inward at the inner corner Somewhere between in-out and semi-out? But at the first clinic, since my left eye inner corner area used to look sausage-like, they said I just need a slight upper epicanthoplasty Upper epicanthoplasty + incisional method And they said I do not really need ptosis correction. If I definitely want to correct the eye asymmetry, it would be good to do ptosis correction on the left eye, but they said it should be fine as long as the line is made well, so I probably do not need ptosis correction But at the second clinic, they said the inner corner area of my eyes is naturally puffy, that it is my tissue characteristic, so if I do upper epicanthoplasty, the sausage-like look could actually stand out more, and that I should just do ptosis correction + incisional method Which one is right? I am going crazy worrying about it. Both are famous places
