My bridge was low and my nose was a little wide, close to a bulbous nose, so I first had surgery with 3.5 mm silicone. I wanted it to look very natural. But after the surgery and once all the swelling went down, I could definitely see it looked better than before, but the important thing is that only I could see it. Even my really close childhood friends didn’t~~~~~~ notice at all, not even a bit. Only my family knew.. Even when I looked at it, I wondered if I had surgery just to get this much effect, so a year later I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery and asked them to redo it. It was simply a change of mind.. The director was so kind that he said he would do it one more time, for free..!! But this time he said he would definitely raise it so I wouldn’t feel that way again. So I had revision surgery, but this time it really ended up way too high, sticking out between my eyes like an Avatar, and I really didn’t like it, so I had surgery again after 1 month. In the end I think it’s 4.* mm, and after 3 surgeries I finally got a result that is moderately high and that I like. I’m just so grateful to the director, who did all of this the way I wanted without charging me any anesthesia fee or revision feeㅠㅠ But for the third surgery, I had to write something like a pledge? or maybe a consent form? saying that no more revision surgery due to simple change of mind? would be done for free, and that this would be the last timeㅋㅋ Anyway, if you want it too natural, the meaning of having surgery can become unclear, so I think it’s important to find the right middle ground among natural, moderate, and excessive.
