Torn-looking inner corners can be improved with medial canthoplasty reversal

After medial canthoplasty, I wondered why the inner corners of my eyes looked so torn open, and I learned that it was excessive caruncle exposure... T_T I had ended up with eyes completely opposite to the look I wanted, so I went to have the medial canthoplasty reversed. I considered having the reversal at the original clinic, but I lost trust in the place that had already ruined them and wondered whether they could do a better job. The consultation proceeded in the usual coordinator–surgeon–coordinator order, similar to other plastic surgery clinics.
