My double eyelid revision surgery was botched.. I'm so upset..

I had revision surgery too, but the hospital keeps saying it’s because of swelling. It’s driving me crazy.

I had double-eyelid surgery too, and the swelling was still going down even up to 1 year. Wait a bit until the 1-year mark, then think about revision surgery. I’m in my 3rd year now, and even after the swelling completely went down, my left eye is still slightly semi-sausage-looking, so I’m looking into revision surgery these days. I feel so upset for you... Your eyes before surgery were really so pretty too.. But I think you shouldn’t get aftercare revision at that clinic, and should look for another plastic surgery clinic.. I don’t think I’ve ever seen things turn out well when the same doctor who messed it up touches it again..

They should respond quickly or something.. Dragging it out like this is really selfish

Did you also get ptosis correction by any chance??? I wondered if that might be why it looks a bit more lifted... If you had incisional surgery, I do think there could still be some swelling left even now... I think your eyes now would still look pretty with makeup, but if it’s stressing you out, revision surgery would probably be better
