2-Year Review of Non-Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery

Since I was young, I had severe uneven eyes (one side had a double eyelid and the other side had none at all), so the difference in size between my two eyes was really noticeable. So I got double eyelid surgery, and during the consultation the doctor recommended non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction too, but I thought I would be satisfied with just making both eyes the same size, so I only got double eyelid surgery. I had it under sedation anesthesia, and I don’t really remember pain or anything like that. Maybe because it was sedation anesthesia, I was dazed, and I felt something like an illusion? hallucination? that I was playing in a colorful amusement park. While hearing the doctor occasionally say, “Open your eyes~ Look up~,” the double eyelid surgery was over. After it ended, I experienced a whole new world. Both eyes became the same size. I was living satisfied, but after about 2 years, I gradually started regretting that maybe I should have done ptosis correction and lateral canthoplasty together back then. So these days I’m looking into various places
