When the no-makeup look was trending, I wanted to remove my eyeliner tattoo, so after searching and visiting places in person, I received about 10 laser treatments at a well-known dermatology clinic in Cheonan that had a board-certified dermatologist.... From around the 5th session, my eyelashes turned white, so I asked about it, and they said they would come back if I waited, so I waited and went through 10 sessions. But the white eyelashes became brittle like bleached hair, snapped off, and fell out. They were only like fine vellus hair, visible only if I looked closely under light, so I waited thinking they would grow back with time. But when the wind blew, sand would all get into my eyes and it was so uncomfortable. After 3 years like that, I went back to the hospital, and they said their laser could not reach the dermal layer, so there was no way it could have affected the hair follicles.... haha. But I did not do anything other than laser. At the hospital they just ended it by saying it must have fallen out for some other reason. How can a place be this irresponsible... I deliberately looked for a board-certified dermatologist, but because they put lenses in during the procedure so I could not see, I even doubt whether the director-doctor actually did it personally. They also once said the eyeliner was partially too deep and fired the laser strongly. Sigh.... The hospital told me to report them to the Consumer Agency or whatever. I was dumbfounded.... They seemed so confident because an individual cannot win against a hospital. Now, about 10 years later, they have grown only to about the length of lower eyelashes..... If more time passes, could they come back?ㅠㅠ
