Review after visiting rhinoplasty clinics

I’m someone who wants surgery using as much autologous cartilage as possible, like ear cartilage or rib cartilage, without using silicone as much as possible! Since you never know when or how silicone might cause side effects, I’m honestly not even considering it at all.. The clinics I’ve been to so far are ㅅㅎ, ㄷㄹ, ㄱㄹ, and ㄴㅈㄹ, and I’ve made a reservation at ㅇㅇ and am still waiting I was thinking of ㄷㄹ as my top choice, but after actually going to other clinics, they said ear cartilage gets absorbed, so if you use it on the bridge of the nose, there will definitely be unevenness later.. and if you use it on the nasal tip, it will droop, so I’m still deliberation 중이야 But they were extremely thorough during the consultation and didn’t push me toward shaving down my hump! ㅅㅎ and ㄱㄹ were just so-so.. I really had high expectations for ㄴㅈㄹ when I went.. Honestly, I didn’t feel good during the consultation. I missed my bus stop, so I was about 20? minutes late for my appointment, but still, excluding the five minutes for the CT scan, I waited 20 minutes + waited 20 minutes in the consultant’s room + waited 30 minutes? for the director. I waited almost over an hour. Since I was late, I understood that part. But maybe because it was the last consultation, while I was consulting with the director, the consultant came in and kind of signaled to hurry up and finish? gave that kind of look? like telling us to stop, so the director also seemed conscious of it and asked, “Do you have any more questions?” I waited over an hour, but the consultation was only about 10-15? minutes and then ended. I had a lot of questions, but when someone next to me was giving looks and rushing things, I couldn’t even ask what I wanted to ask, and it just ended. Let’s just say the consultation itself was whatever. It’s a clinic that’s very famous for revision rhinoplasty and all, but if they make the consultation feel unpleasant like this, honestly it made any desire to have surgery there completely disappear. Everyone, keep this in mind when getting surgery….! The price is also way too expensive I think only people with plenty of money can do it
