I didn’t originally have a lot of fat on my upper arms, but compared with other areas they had a bit more flesh, so I had the fat removed with a syringe? haha Honestly, it wasn’t as much as I expected, but I’m living fairly satisfied with it I was worried about scarring too, but now that about 7 months have passed, you can’t see it unless you look closely haha I don’t regret it, but if I could go back to the past, I probably wouldn’t bother doing it
