I raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but my nose drooped, so only the area between my eyebrows looks raised and it gives me a Western-looking vibe. If I get revision surgery again, I guess I’ll definitely have to raise the nasal tip with rib cartilage.. I really hate the idea of having a scar on the columella, so I’m torn. I also saw something called Cogelle Nose where they grind autologous rib cartilage, does anyone know about it well??
