If I get under-eye fat repositioning, will my dark circles go away a bit?

From the photo, it looks like pure pigmentation, so even with repositioning it would be the same.

Your eyes are really beautiful. The case doesn't seem to be related to fat under the eyes. I think it's pigmentation

[@12127] I don't really know that, but for now I think repositioning probably won't have effect. For there to be any effect, the fat below the eye has to be protruding enough to cast shadow, so only a little effect would be possible. Try a different method.

[@12127] One tip: to cover dark circles well, concealer should be used in pink, not skin tone. I strongly recommend the 더x 3구 solid concealer. If you apply it by gently layering thinly with a concealer brush, it'll be covered to some extent, so use it.

Combining treatments like pigmentation therapy and whitening injections would probably work better. Try getting a consultation first. Each hospital has different opinions and treatment strategies.

Looking only at the photo, it might also look like pigmentation. Check both a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon and decide after hearing both.

Even the color may not be solved with lower-eyelid fat repositioning.
