I had revision rhinoplasty after 15 years. Donated costal cartilage was used, it was done with an open approach, and ear cartilage was also used. It has been about two days, so the swelling is really coming up now. When will it go down? Once my level is upgraded, I’ll upload a photo review. It feels like my nostrils are showing too much, so I need advice from othersㅜ Will it look okay once the swelling goes down? My nose is currently blocked, so it’s really hard.
