I was really worried about my broad nose, but surgery scared me, so I got the Slim-Nose injection (nostril reduction) treatment! I had 3 sessions total, and it wasn’t a dramatic effect, but as the skin thickness definitely got a bit thinner? it does look narrower. If your broad nose isn’t too severe, trying it first doesn’t seem like a bad idea
