For several years, a bulge above my nasolabial folds had started to droop, and Thermage did not help much, so I suspected residual filler (a Heart Line procedure from 10 years ago). When I went in, there was actually quite a lot left. At the time I had Juvederm, and I paid separately for the ultrasound cost as well as a lot of hyaluronidase, so I dissolved it all. My face looks flatter now, but for now I am satisfied. Once I get used to it a bit, I am thinking of either getting filler again or doing a small amount of fat grafting.
