Breast Surgery Reviews

Sharing my process of returning to exercise after breast surgery as a trainer

My job is being a fitness trainer, so after breast surgery, it was important to know when I could properly use my body again. That is why I had surgery with Director Byun Il-hwan at iD Hospital, and at first I focused only on recovery and definitely took a break from exercise. Right after the surgery, my chest felt heavy and it was a little uncomfortable to move my arms a lot Especially when getting up from bed or when my upper body had to exert force, it was definitely different from usual. I wanted quite a large volume, but instead of just matching the size no matter what, we proceeded within what was possible while looking at my ribcage and skin condition. I also emphasized upper fullness and cleavage, and looking at the current shape, I think those parts were handled well During recovery, I kept getting follow-up checks and aftercare at the hospital, and I restarted exercise slowly from lower body first. Compared with my usual workout intensity, it was frustrating, but for the upper body I didn't push it and returned by gradually increasing the range of motion. Now my chest has loosened a lot compared with the beginning, and the uncomfortable feeling when moving has also decreased~~ As a trainer, the period when I couldn't properly use my body after surgery was my biggest worry, but looking back now, I think the most important thing was not overdoing it early on and following the recovery stages. At the moment, the volume and breast shape are good, and I'm returning to exercise step by step, so I'm going to keep watching the progress a little longer!
