Double-eyelid revision surgery

I had it done in my 20s and had revision surgery when I turned 40. The director is someone who likes a natural look, so I was thinking of also getting medial epicanthoplasty and doing it with an incisional method, but he suggested doing it with the buried-suture method, and I trusted him, so I said okay. It’s so natural, with no swelling and no bruising, to the point that even my friends who actually work as nurses at plastic surgery clinics ask where I had it done. In the past, people said that if it looks too natural from the start, it gets too small later, but that wasn’t the case. It’s been two years now and I’m very satisfied. I don’t think incision is always the answer^^
