Removal of silicone from paranasal augmentation.. I feel so wronged ㅠㅠ

I had the silicone from my paranasal augmentation removed.

First of all, I had paranasal augmentation in November 2018. During the doctor consultation right before surgery, I clearly said I did not want too much implant material, and after I said that, I only heard them tell the nurse to prepare 6 mm, then I fell under sedation anesthesia. A week later, when I went to have the stitches removed, I said I was uncomfortable, like it felt as if there was a blister on my gums and it still hurt, etc., but the nurse said it had healed well and that it was absolutely fine. There was definitely something catching in my mouth, but since they said it was fine, I thought maybe it was because I was still swollen and had all the stitches removed. I asked how many millimeters had gone in, and they said 7 mm. They said they did it that way because the shape of my face was quite sunken. They were saying, “Still, if you had it done, it should show.” I had clearly said I didn’t want that. Anyway, since they were a doctor and an expert, I thought, okay. But even after a month, it felt strange, so I went back. The blister on my gums did not disappear and something felt wrong. Only then, as soon as the doctor looked at the intraoral incision area, they said it had displaced and come down under the gum, and that I should have revision surgery. They had even fixed it with screws, so how could it displace... And it wasn’t a blister, it was the implant. It had been there on my gum the whole time, and the nurse who removed the stitches must have seen it had displaced, but just kept saying it was fine. After surgery, I kept feeling it catch inside my mouth. They said to do revision surgery again, so I did it the next day. I had gone simply because I felt something was wrong after a month, and if I hadn’t gone, it could have been a huge problem. Even when I went to have the stitches removed a week before the revision surgery, during the doctor consultation, they did not look at my wound or anything. They just came in, rambled, and then rushed out as if busy. Then, a month later, when I said it felt strange, only then did they look into the intraoral incision wound. First, I had the revision surgery. What else could I do? It had displaced.. Still, they said it would be okay if I had the revision. But they said they would also cut open the side that had not displaced again for disinfection. I thought it was strange, but said okay and went straight into revision surgery. Then they told me to come in two weeks later, so I went. For the second surgery, because it was a revision after just one month, I bled for a week. But I thought maybe it was because they cut the same area again after only a month. The hospital also said that could happen and that pooled blood could drain out, so I thought okay and let it pass. But on both sides, I strongly felt as if the positions had changed. There must have been some issue even on the side that had not displaced. The opposite side from the displaced one hurt even when I just pressed it, so that was why I had gone.

Two weeks after the revision, I came to have the stitches removed, and they said the doctor who operated on me would not be coming in for a while due to personal matters???????? Okay.. I thought as long as it turned out well, that was enough, so I let even that pass. By then I was anxious, so I said I wanted to take an X-ray or something to check whether the implants were properly in place, but they said they could tell by pressing, so it was not necessary, and since it had been two weeks, “remove the stitches~~” then left. But this time the nurse was a different person, and when she was about to remove them, something seemed odd to her. Since the doctor was not there, she called another doctor ... I suddenly became anxious, and a little later, that doctor looked at mine, made eye contact with the nurse, and they communicated with their eyes. I started getting anxious, and then another person came in. They said the wound had not closed because the implant was too high. They said it would not close even with time, and that since it had already been two weeks, I should have it completely removed right away.... Because inflammation could occur, they told me to do it as soon as possible. It took going through 3 doctors to hear this result. But after the revision surgery, the first doctor who examined me just said it had been two weeks, so “remove them~” and left. What would have happened if the nurse had removed them??????? Ha... seriously....ㅠㅠㅠ They seem insane.... I got chills all over.. I want to remove it and never do it again, so I’m asking for a refund, but they say there is no refund system at all..... Does that make sense??????? What should I do?? If I had just been some special case and the result was bad, maybe I wouldn’t know, but the doctor was not even there until the end. If they had told me during the revision surgery to just remove it entirely, I would not even have brought up a refund. They said it would be okay, so I did it again, but in the end they say the wound will not heal... The wound edges are not sticking together.. What should I do about this??? They are basically telling me to just remove it.. But I think one side may have displaced again. Honestly, if I could, I want to file a lawsuit and receive compensation for damages. It is clearly true that the surgery went wrong, but they blame me, saying things like my skin is weak. When I told the last different doctor that this was why I had said I didn’t want too large an implant, they said, “How would I know that~~” .... They said I would be okay right after implant removal, but my gums are extremely swollen and I am living on painkillers ㅠㅠ It has only been a day, so maybe that’s why, right? Maybe because they put in screws to fix it, it stings and throbs so badly ㅠㅠ I don’t know if it’s inflammation or what... ㅠㅠ I’m so anxious I could die. Does everyone hurt this much after silicone removal, even when it is removed after two months?? I had screws?? even screws put in, so I feel like it may hurt more.... When the hospital is acting like this, what on earth should I do ㅠㅠ Please give me some advice. Like this, in just two months, I ended up on the operating table three times. That doctor who quit seems like a crazy woman ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Ha....... Seriously, what should I do in a case like this? I wrote this on my phone, so it’s all over the place. ㅠㅠ
