I wanted a clean bridge without a hump, but there’s still some left, so I want to do it again.. What do you think about getting revision surgery? Looking at Honesty and Jeongwon, they say they check the condition of the nose and explain well which surgical method would be suitable, but before going, I wanted to hear what everyone thinks first. I heard that if the hump is severe, they do osteotomy? I’m curious whether it’s really necessary.

다라다디다 If the hump wasn’t properly smoothed out, then surgery is probably the right choice. It’ll bother you every time you look at it, yeah. I heard that if you go for consultations at JW Jeongwon and Glovi, they’ll honestly tell you whether osteotomy is needed. I heard they do osteotomy if it’s severe.
캐틀레아 If the hump is severe and the nasal bone is thick, but you don’t do osteotomy, it may look like a bulky nose or the hump may just remain... probably like that
민사희 If it’s a severe hump + the nasal bridge is on the thick side, most cases do osteotomy much more often! I didn’t do osteotomy with Director Kim Ji-hoon; I did a custom implant.
layla77 If the remaining part bothers you, I think doing it again is the right choice. Jeongwon and Banni seem to have directors with long experience and specialize in noses. I’m looking into them for revision surgery.
