Since it’s filler after all, you can’t get the Joker-like lips often seen in surgery review photos. It just lifts slightly from my natural mouth corners, to the point where people around me wouldn’t notice unless I told them. There wasn’t a dramatic effect, and the duration was really short. If your natural lips droop a lot, I wouldn’t recommend it, because only the mouth corners go up while the overall line stays the same, so it can look a bit awkward and actually unnatural.
