No no, removal is literally just removal, so from a doctor’s perspective it’s a much less difficult and easier surgery than repositioning. The problem is that over time, a really severe hollow can develop. Because of the aging people inevitably go through, unless it’s a surgery that cuts bone, no other procedure or surgery can have a permanent effect. So even after repositioning, of course after a few years the fat gradually gets pushed out and sags, so it’s true that it comes back, but it doesn’t suddenly go completely back to before surgery. The effect just slowly decreases. That’s almost around 10 years, and when that time comes, you can do it again. Sounds like the doctor explained it that way because they can’t do repositioning... I’m the most satisfied with my repositioning out of anything in my life. There’s a reason under-eye fat removal is cheaper than repositioning....
