Double eyelid surgery review

It has been one year since my surgery. Originally, I had fairly pronounced inner double eyelids. They were uneven, so six months ago I had only one side redone, but I didn’t even realize that was a revision surgery... The doctor said he would just slightly touch up the upper area and that the swelling would go down in a week, so I did it, but it turned out to just be revision surgery... Even now, the swelling has not completely gone down, and especially the inner corner/front part looks different from the eye that has been one year post-op. The line is also a bit thicker than the line I wanted, so honestly I’m not satisfied. What feels frustrating is that the line is too deep.......ㅠㅠ When I look almost downward, my eye stretches out so the crease doesn’t show, but when I keep my eyes at about the angle for reading a book, the crease line shows clearly..... In cases like this, does it become natural after 2 or 3 years? Or should more skin have been excised, but because I have a lot of skin, it folds too easily? If I close my eyes and pinch the skin, it can be pinched. Even when I close my eyes comfortably! I wonder if that’s possible because there is leftover skin... I’m wondering if the line would become lighter if more excision were done. But even so, I’m the type whose swelling doesn’t go down easily, and I’m now 30, so I’m scared. It’s also hard to endure that tedious and awful time waiting for swelling to go down .... But as it is now, it seems obvious to anyone that I had double eyelid surgery, and I feel anxious just continuing to wait for it to look natural.... I regret so, so much why I got double eyelid surgery when I already had double eyelids..,.ㅠㅠ Is there anyone who could give me advice...ᆢ?ㅠㅠ And if there is anyone choosing double eyelid surgery to look prettier even though things are okay as they are now, especially by incision! I hope you think about it one more time.
