I had rhinoplasty and surgery for a deviated septum done together by the director. At first, I had it done without silicone, but the implant all dissolved, so I ended up having revision surgery with silicone inserted. It does have a very natural feel, but I’m thinking about what it would have been like if it had been a little higher.
