They didn't talk excessively and explained only the surgeries that were actually necessary, which made me trust them even more. I liked that they gave the consultation in a relaxed atmosphere too, and they seemed like they had plenty of time, so unlike some other hospitals there was no situation where they would walk out in the middle of surgery or anything like that, which was a relief....
