My nose was originally high, but because of the hump it looked long. I had tip surgery without an implant, but it wasn’t the nose I had hoped for, and my nose looked lifted and like a pig nose, so I had revision surgery again. But even that revision part was not satisfying. I remember that their attitude before and after surgery was different too.
