It felt like a hospital with a lot to see, from the experience review video onward. There was an iPad, and videos kept playing on the monitor. Even while consulting with the director, the same video as the one outside was playing on the monitor in the consultation room The video seems to keep running? I only met the consultation manager briefly before meeting the director, and I heard they were very meticulous. It really felt thorough, so I felt like they'd take good care of me even for one surgery.
