I had silicone nasal bridge augmentation and alar reduction at a plastic surgery clinic in downtown Daegu. They used septal cartilage. They also did my mother’s nose surgery well, so I didn’t check other clinics and just went straight there, and it turned out well. I think it took about 2 months for sensation to come back, and now that 4 months have passed, it feels like my own nose. The nasal bridge matters too, but I think even just reducing the nostril wings makes a person look more refined.
