I consulted because I wanted functional + cosmetic surgery for a crooked nose caused by trauma, but they decided on the surgical method without even taking a CT, which felt a bit... off. Other than that, the director, the desk staff, and the managers were all extremely kind, so that was nice. I did not actually have surgery, but it was fine. I think it would be good if they explained the surgery in more detail.
