I got a consultation in a hurry, and there were tons of reviews showing the exact nose line I wanted, and I really liked that it was implant-free! The director's consultation was shorter than I expected, and he didn't ask me to show a photo or tell him the exact line I wanted, but the no-implant part, having surgery twice a day, and the fact that aftercare is possible within 2 years were what I liked.
