Honestly, I still think they do things very naturally and well, but I had already put down a deposit, yet no surgery date had been set, and when I said I wanted to cancel the reservation, they refunded it after deducting a penalty fee I mean, they hadn't even set a date and the hospital hadn't lost anything, so why on earth should I pay a penalty fee?
