My nasal bridge was high, but I had a severe hooked nose, and compared with other people, my alar base was very narrow. I lifted the drooping tip with septal cartilage and also had alar reduction done. My nose had very severe asymmetry, so it didn’t become perfectly symmetrical, but I’m glad that neither the alar reduction nor the tip surgery has had any problems over the past 2 years.
