There were no patients waiting at the time compared to other hospitals, which was a bit surprising. The director's consultation was detailed, and I liked that they showed me many before/after photos, but the manager was, if you put it nicely, friendly, and if you put it badly, a bit of a hyper, playful type, so people who prefer a calm atmosphere may not like it.
