It was a revision surgery, and the consultation with the director was very pleasant. I had a lot of things I wanted, and they listened to all of them, and while we talked and even laughed a bit, I felt like communication went well, so I decided on it. Looking back now, I regret not listening a little more to the director’s opinion, because there’s a reason experts exist. That’s because they really did the surgery exactly the way I wanted, so there was almost no change at all. (My first surgery changed my impression too much, so in my pursuit of naturalness I kept everything to the absolute minimum.) I should have made it a little higher... a little lower... things like that, and that’s why I ended up doing it again It wasn’t because the hospital lacked skill, so I decided to do it here again. For the second surgery, they said they couldn’t lower the tip of the nose, only raise the bridge... So I had no choice but to do it that way, but only the bridge rose and there was a side effect that even the nostrils looked raised Looking back now, I wonder why they said the tip couldn’t be lowered Maybe it could be lowered, but they would have needed costal cartilage, and that’s why they said that? I didn’t get to hear the reason, and in the end I went to another hospital for consultation because of the raised nostrils. The director is someone who listens to opinions well, so I think this is a hospital where you can get a good result if you can judge well for yourself.
