Both the director and the manager were kind. There was some waiting, but the manager explained things kindly and well, so it was fine. I also consulted about rhinitis surgery, and compared to other clinics, the manager seemed to know a lot more about rhinitis surgery and explained everything in much more specific detail, which I liked.
