It was a long time ago, so the cost may not be exact. I had osteotomy, tip cartilage tying, nostril reduction, and autologous cartilage for the tip, with surgery done without an implant and without silicone. I lived for several years without major complaints, but recently the tip has dropped a lot and maybe the cartilage has been absorbed, because the height has also decreased, so I’m thinking about revision surgery.
