Both the manager and the director were extremely kind. The director was truly, genuinely kind. He kept smiling while explaining things and only pointed out the things that actually needed to be done. The overall atmosphere was good, but when the manager explained the surgical method in more detail, that part felt a bit off. It was like she was explaining the detailed surgical method that I should have heard from the director's consultation, so I was like, oh..., that's a little surprising.
