I had surgery here after spending July 2013 in Apgujeong consulting at 4 places while I was researching. My complex was the prominent hump in the middle of the nose bridge and the round, puffy nose, and what all 4 places had in common was that my skin was thin, so they couldn't raise the silicone very much, and because my nose bridge was not especially low already, the maximum would be 1 to 2 mm. I used a septum graft plus ear cartilage, and I decided based on the final review photos, but this place is very natural overall. I also had rhinitis surgery together with the septal deviation correction, so my nose was wide open, and it was fine for up to 5 years, but now the rhinitis symptoms have come back a little. The line is a straight-but-slightly-curved line. It was my first surgery, and for the first few months the height of the nose and the refined tip with swelling were so pretty. At this point now, it has become very natural. My nose was originally rather large, so my nostrils were also wide and round, and after surgery they became longer and larger, and when I asked if they could reduce that, they waved their hands and strongly opposed it, saying it would become unnatural. At this point, in a neutral expression it looks smaller than before -> when smiling, the widened nose is natural, but I had expected a small and pretty nose, so it looks a little big compared with my whole face. When photographed, the asymmetry is obvious, and the nose was slightly crooked, but after surgery the front view is a straight nose line. However, from below, the nostril sizes are slightly different, and the difference on both sides when taking photos has not been corrected. If you don't look closely, it's not very noticeable.
Since he is an ENT specialist, I think he did it at just the right, not excessive level, but in my personal opinion, if you look at the current state, a plastic surgeon would probably refine the aesthetic parts more beautifully. So far there have been no major side effects, and sometimes when I'm tired the tip of my nose feels a little sharp, but after resting well it goes back to normal. This has occasionally happened since last year. The nose shape has become more refined, and even from the front when I don't smile, it looks smaller than before, so I live with the few things I'm a bit disappointed about and don't want to overdo it by poking around my nose again. I really worried about adding silicone until the day before surgery, but I'm still living gratefully that I haven't had any side effects. For reference, there was no CT scan here, and after surgery I received a record card with the details of what I had the nose surgery with.
