This was my first surgery, and even my really close friends and family didn't know I had it done... It was like they just opened the nose and closed it back up.. They talked as if they would use ear cartilage, but after the surgery, they said they only used the septum. Since the fillers were dissolved and silicone was inserted, there is no difference in the bridge compared with before surgery, and the nose just became stiff and uncomfortable. Also, the tip of my nose seems somehow more blunt than before. I have had a lot more crusting and a lot more runny nose than before the surgery. Anyway, I plan to get revision surgery after about a year.... I really realized that for a nose, the flashy and obvious kind is what means a good result I seriously doubt whether this place is really famous for nose surgery...
