I had surgery around 2014, using osteotomy, silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Right after the first surgery, I thought it was so pretty, but about a month later acquaintances said it looked bent, and when I checked, there was a slight bend. It wasn’t bothersome enough to worry about, so I just lived with it, but as the days went by, it gradually bent a bit more. As time passed, the nose tip drooping was, of course, expected. It dropped quite a lot though hahaha..
