They recommended both cosmetic and functional plastic surgery. Because my nose had a deviated septum, they recommended functional surgery (deviated septum surgery and rhinitis surgery) together with cosmetic surgery (rhinoplasty without an implant), and I think each was around 200 and 300. They were very kind and answered my questions well.
