The consultation with the director and manager was kind, And they seemed to understand well the part I thought was currently the problem. There was no waiting. But I don’t have especially severe or bothersome rhinitis symptoms, and it feels like they’re recommending rhinitis surgery just because insurance can be claimed, and the rhinitis surgery is expensive.
