It's been almost 10 years since I had the surgery. At the time, I had a hump nose with a protruding bone in the middle of the nasal bridge, so they shaved it down smoothly, and because the lower part was sunken, they used autologous cartilage to align the nasal tip with the nasal bridge. At first, I really liked the shape of my nose and it looked natural, so people around me didn't even know I had surgery and I was satisfied. But now, I don't know if the nasal bone has grown back, but a slight hump is gradually coming back. Still, I don't have the confidence to feel the pain from that surgery again, so I don't plan to have revision surgery..
