The consultation was conducted very leisurely for about an hour, and both the consultant and the director were kind. They asked many questions during the consultation, and explained the surgery in great detail and professionally, so it felt comfortable and good. However, I could not picture the surgical result concretely in my head, so I hesitated to decide on booking. My satisfaction with and understanding of the consultation on septal surgery and cosmetic surgery were high, but I felt that there could be a few disappointing points, so I might not be able to get the result I want.
