There are probably many cases more difficult than mine, but I think a crooked nose is not an easy level of difficulty either, so I’ve been going around to consultations at several places. Among the places I recently had consultations at, Director Lee Seung-chan seemed to give the most professional consultation. He didn’t just look at the points I said I was concerned about; he also tended to assess the overall balance and details on his own. For the materials, he recommended using autologous costal cartilage only for the nasal tip. Since Director Lee uses a variety of materials, I also liked that he didn’t simply recommend it and end there, but explained the characteristics/pros and cons together with the recommendation.
