7 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with a partial incision + buried method at ㅋㅋㅇ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong (it has since closed). I remember the cost was 1.2 million won lol I asked for an out-fold, but one side developed a crease and ended up looking uneven, almost like an in-fold. At first it bothered me, but some people naturally have uneven eyes, and even out-folds can become thin like in-folds, so it barely shows. There's about a 4 mm incision area, and the side where the crease formed is noticeable when I close my eyes, while the other side looks completely natural with no visible sign. The swelling became natural after about a year and a half, so now nobody knows unless I tell them lol
