I went there because I liked the result after seeing an influencer's surgery. I had suspected medical malpractice a little because they said it was the old Regen clinic. I made the consultation appointment several days in advance, but the consultation was handled in a factory-like way, and I ended up talking only with the manager. I had gone there after choosing a specific doctor, but they said I couldn't see him. The manager didn't know any details at all, wore double eyelid tape, kept sighing, and the whole expression and tone were so unpleasant that it really stuck in my memory as a place I hated. It was completely different from their online marketing. The manager was tall, had double eyelid tape on, and kept complaining that work was hard, which was really unpleasant.
