First of all, the exterior is huge, but compared to that the inside is very lacking;;... Anyway, I went in for a consultation because surgery is what matters. The front desk is a total mess, and they guide patients without even knowing what they're doing themselves. The waiting time is insane (if you book consultations at other hospitals, you'd better plan your route well). After waiting and waiting, I finally met the director. The director was very gentle~ He explained everything one by one, and even when I asked about everything I was curious about, he never got annoyed and answered everything. Then I had another consultation with the consultation manager, and she kept only pitching things hard, so I wasn't really drawn in.... After I went home, they called and tried very hard to persuade me. It's a hospital where I want surgery because of the director, but I'm hesitating because of the manager.
